We are NexGen Digital, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Staff Operations Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
