We are Meridian Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Staff Infrastructure Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
What We're Looking For:
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
