We are MosaicDigital, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
What We're Looking For:
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
