We are QubitSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Lead Growth Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research

What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
