We are HelixSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Lead Digital Marketing Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI

- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
