We are Arcadia Tech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Junior Software Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements

- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
