We are OpenCircuit, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Junior ML Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
What We're Looking For:
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
